Mark was born in Washington, DC. He has resided in Richmond since 1988. Mark is a designated Certified Financial Planner. Mark has over thirty years of business experience, primarily in the financial services, automotive, utility, enterprise software, and consulting industries. He has held positions ranging from line mechanic to chief operating officer. With a BS, Accounting, from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a CFP, Mark has applied his analytical orientation throughout his career, focusing on solution design, development, and implementation issues, while working to optimize the financial implications of decisions and solutions.

Mark enjoys golf, reading, college basketball, and professional football. He resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife Natalie, and son, Aaron.
